Home Carers

Our Homecarer’s work on a ‘4 days on/ 4 days off’ rotating pattern (the same as paramedics and fire fighters).  We find a four-day work week increases job satisfaction and helps retain our care workers, who get to have a better work/life balance.  We are looking for part time and full time staff contracted staff and for people to join our community bank on an ad-hoc basis.  Our home carers must be able to drive and will travel around the local area delivering excellent quality care to help individuals remain independent in their own homes.

Health Care Assistants and Support Workers

We provide agency staff to various local Nursing and Residential Homes.  From 1 shift per week through to full time work, we have flexible opportunities for you.  You will have at least 6 months experience of working in a home within the last 2 years and be available for 1 shift per week.  Many of our agency staff work for us alongside their current jobs to top up their income or to gain more experience.

We work hard to ensure that our carers are recognised and rewarded for the amazing work that they do.  We carry out regular Supervisions with our staff and ensure that you have the opportunity to de-brief and feel supported.  We have a full-time trainer on site to assist with your training and development needs and we even hold Pamper Evenings to ensure that you have the opportunity to come together for an evening of relaxation.
